📦 Order & Shipping

We typically process and dispatch your order within 72 hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order's progress.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at cs@crazxy.com to update your address. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping details.

🎁 Blind Box & Mystery Items

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds based on the specific item received. Each box is randomised, and receiving an item you did not hope for is not grounds for a return.
If you receive a severely damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide an unedited, continuous unboxing video for us to review your claim. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We do not accept general returns or exchanges unless an item arrives severely damaged due to non-human factors. All sales are final for blind box items. Please review our full Refund & Return Policy for more information.
No, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are confirmed to be defective upon arrival and supported by an unboxing video.

✅ Product & Quality

Yes, we source our products directly from authorised suppliers and carefully inspect each item before shipment to ensure authenticity and quality.
Duplicate items within a full set are considered an original product characteristic and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

💳 Account & Payments

You may request order cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at cs@crazxy.com.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure Shopify payment gateway.
