To maintain the integrity of mystery box (blind box), doll outfits, and POP TOYS products, please kindly understand that we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the item is severely damaged due to non-human factors.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this policy.

Original Product Defects

As a reseller, we carefully select our suppliers to ensure product authenticity and conduct thorough inspections for defects before shipping for non-blind box items. However, we are not responsible for original product defects, which include but are not limited to:
  • Duplicate designs within a full set
  • Quality issues originating from the official brand
  • Misprinting or manufacturing errors
  • Other defects present prior to shipment

Packaging & Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging — using sturdy carton boxes and protective bubble wrap — as we value the condition of the product as much as our customers do.

Nevertheless, due to unpredictable factors during international shipping, we cannot accept compensation or refund requests for damage to the original external box.

Blind Box & Mystery Items

By nature, mystery boxes contain randomised items. Customers may receive options that do not match their personal preference.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on dissatisfaction with the specific item received from a blind box.

Aftersale Requirement

In the event of an aftersale issue, you are required to provide video evidence.

Please record a full, unedited, continuous video while unboxing the package. We cannot address any aftersale claims without such video evidence. The video must capture the entire unboxing process from the sealed package through to the item reveal.


The final right of interpretation rests with CRAZXY.
